2. Data we collect

  • Provided by you: full name, phone number, email (optional), leasing requirements (area, district, move-in date) and the content of your messages when you submit a form, call, message us on Zalo or email us.
  • Collected automatically: pages viewed, time, device, browser, truncated IP address and interaction events (search, click-to-call, click-to-Zalo, form submission) through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. This data is statistical and not linked to your name.
  • Lead source: when you submit a form, the listing name and page URL you were viewing are recorded so a consultant can advise on the right property.
  • The website may use a partner tool to identify visiting mobile subscribers so that we can proactively offer advice. If you do not wish to be contacted, tell us as described in section 7.

3. Purposes

  • Advising you, sending availability lists and quotes, and arranging viewings at your request.
  • Following up on listings you were interested in; notifying you of new suitable premises if you agree.
  • Measuring and improving the website.
  • Meeting legal obligations when required by competent authorities.

4. Legal basis and retention

We process data on the basis of your consent given when submitting a form (the “I agree” box) or contacting us, and for the performance of a lease transaction. Contact data is kept for up to 24 months after your last interaction, or longer where a contract is signed and the law requires records to be retained. Analytics data follows Google Analytics’ default retention (14 months).

5. Who receives your data

  • 3HLease consultants — to answer your request.
  • Landlords / building managers — name, phone number and requirements only, and only when you agree to view or negotiate a specific property.
  • Technical service providers: website hosting (AZDIGI, Vietnam), Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Fonts), Zalo (when you message us on Zalo). They process data under their own terms.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website uses Google Analytics/Tag Manager cookies to count visits and technical WordPress cookies (remembering your language). You can disable cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on; the website will still work.

7. Your rights

Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP you have the right to be informed, to consent, to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, withdraw consent, object and complain regarding your personal data. Send requests to info@3hlease.com or call +84 96 4433 678; we respond within 72 working hours. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored on access-controlled servers; only assigned staff can view contact details. If a breach is detected, we notify you and the competent authority as required.

9. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

10. Changes

When this policy changes, we update the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the website.
